Filter the atlas by antiSMASH properties, much like the antiSMASH database — product, functional domains (PFAM/smCoG/TIGRFAM), NRPS/PKS chemistry, RiPP features, hits against known clusters — and by where the BGC came from: taxonomy, sample and environment.
